Hi everyone!
Let's take a look at the production version of the 35 MechatroWego Kappa today.
Will come in a light green finish that is easy on the eyes.
The plate that is printed on the top of the head is a famous characteristic
of the Kappa a Japanese folklore Yokai
that was supposedly seen in rivers and lakes.
Attention has been paid to replicate small details of the Kappa
such as the beak which is done by yellow on the product.
The Kappa will come in matte finish that is rare in the WeGo series. The smooth surface will fit well with the diecast parts that are used
which we would like everyone to check once it arrives.
What really catches the eye is the glossy plate on the head.
It will come decorated with jagged edges that will be totally different from what is seen on a standard MechatroWego.
Similar to the plate on the head the chest will come in a glossy
finish.
Notice the difference in the finish compared to the surrounding matte
parts.
Kappa are famous for loving Cucumbers so we found something similar in the office to have it held by the WeGo.
As I suspected it will fit perfectly!
The form of the Wego and the coloring of this Kappa version
gives this a comical feel to it that will allow it to be posed and played with in many ways.
** Note the Cucumber seen in the picture will not be included in the
product.
