Let's begin Part 2!
For this review we will be using the non-painted prototype!
For those who haven't seen the Part 1 we recommend you see that
first!
Note the red parts seen in the picture are the parts that will be made
of ABS plastic.
As can be told from the pictures excluding the wrists most of the parts
are made of ABS.
The silver parts will be the Diecast parts, it can't compare to the
Cyogokin New Zα but this will be a massive item.
■Built in gimmick in legs
To enable more range of motion in the crotch section both sides of the waist armor can be moved up to enable the legs to be raised higher.
■Gimmicks in thighs
Please look at the pictures in the order of 1 to 4
If you look carefully you should be able to notice the thickness of the
thighs has changed.
3 will be the thickest while in 4 parts of the thighs are absorbed inside which allows it to move more freely without hitting the back of the thighs.
These gimmicks will allow you to pose this standing on its knees
without changing the outline of the toy itself.
■Built in gimmick inside the chest
At first glance it seems the massive heat sink in the chest will effect
articulation in this section but gimmicks have been built in to prevent this.
The plates seen outside the heat sink can be placed inside to enable
articulation of the chest area.
The degree of difficulty is high due to the size of the arms itself but posing with the arms crossed is somewhat possible.
Also the plate part that can be placed inside will come with springs which will move the plates to the correct position back outside when the arms are placed in the correct position.
■Shoulder Blade gimmicks
By pulling the arms forward the shoulder blades will slide out to keep
the body outline the same.
It may be an area that people might not see but that doesn't mean we
can ignore it.
■ Shoulder Armor Gimmick
The shoulder area is formed of several parts so even with grip parts
attached they will be able to be turned to face forward.
By using the range of motion of the arms posing it while pulling the
grip out will be possible
.
.
Using included hand parts it can actually be posed with the hand
gripping the sword.
Posing with two Kaiser Blades!!
This pose can be recreated using the included hand parts.
Poses such as these low poses with the legs spread can be
done with no problems thanks to the Diecast used in the
legs. As seen in the picture
this toy will hold steady even without using the base.
■Stomach Area Gimmicks
Maybe hard to tell but the part in the different color in the picture
are different parts.
When you tilt the upper body to one side all the parts except for the part colored will move.
By making these parts separate the outline of the rib area will not change too much even when the upper body is moved in one direction.
Next is bending over
When you bend over first Part 1 seen in the picture will slide over
followed by Part 2 on the back moving to the
front to cover up open spaces made by moving parts due to the toy
bending over.
You can also see the rib section mentioned above moving to adapt to any
pose you may put it in.
Now let’s show the Final Kaiser Blade held with two hands!
Usually it is difficult for action figures to hold a large sword with both hands but with the RIOBOT Majinkaiser it will be easy!
Enjoy the great pictures of it posed with both hands on the sword!
■ How to use the included base!
We've already mentioned in Part 1 that by using the arms you can
recreate the Turbo Smasher Punch but by using multiple arms you will be able to launch both arms at
once!
By exchanging hand parts you will be able to display them holding the Kaiser Blade as seen in the series!
■Kaiser Scrander Attaching Gimmick
The joint on the back will deploy when the Kaiser Scrander is attached.
Normally it will be stored as seen in the picture on the left to hide
it from view.
Finally lets pose it with the Kaiser Scrander Attached!
We needed Part 1 and 2 to go through everything but how was it?
I personally love Majinger myself and poured that love into these posts which is why it is longer than usual and had to be split into two parts.
Also I've left out a few gimmicks on purpose so that when you pick it up a few surprises will be left for everyone.
.
.
This is an expensive toy but the quality of the design and attention to
detail on this make it worth much more than the price to me.
RIOBOT Majinkaiser
Accepting Pre-orders now!
The articulation for the RIOBOT Majinkaiser is so unbelievable that we will
post a movie that showcases the variable built in gimmicks!
Words can't explain sometimes so we think it better just to show it!
